My interest in Health goes back to my Nursing training which I completed in 1996.  Since then I have studied Reflexology, Touch For Health Kinesiology, P.R.A.N.A. (Polarity Reflex Analysis & Nutritional Assessment) Kinesiology, Naturopathy, Homoeopathic and Herbal Remedies, Energy Balancing and Allergy Testing.

 

I also have eight years experience working with New Vistas Healthcare in Limerick – a manufacturer and developer of Complex Homoeopathic and Herbal Remedies where I gained invaluable knowledge of Natural Health.

I practice from my Clinic in Granagh, Co. Limerick (near Croom, Adare & Charleville and twenty minutes from Limerick), where I live with my husband and four children.
