Reflexology

Reflexology is an age old therapy and is based on the premise that there are zones and reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to all gland, organs, parts and systems of the body. Applying controlled pressure to these Reflex Points/Areas, using the thumb, fingers and hand will result in the reduction of Stress which promotes physiological changes in the body, thus resulting in Energy Balancing.
Kinesiology

Kinesiology is the study of muscles and the Science of testing and balancing to restore equilibrium to the body. This therapy encompasses both modern and ancient knowledge providing the client with an individualized diagnostic and treatment programme.
